Stationery World ltd does its best to ensure the website is updated regularly but cannot guarantee its accuracy. Stationery World ltd reserves the right without the need of prior notice to adhere to changes.
Please note that offers found online are exclusive to the Stationery World ltd online shop only and will not be applicable in-store. All orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. All credit card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer; Stationery World ltd will not be held accountable for any delays or non-delivery of goods without accepted payments. All products listed online are currently available for dispatch or collection. In the rare instance that products are not immediately available, the seller will ensure that these products are made available within 24 hours or notify you of any issues. Please note that certain product lines are not available overnight (if out of stock) due to international delivery. Any changes to the product specification or packaging will be made known to the buyer prior to dispatch and we will await confirmation. Any orders not fully confirmed by the buyer in this instance will be cancelled and any money issued shall be returned. Once orders have been processed, buyers will receive an email confirming the order. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order at their absolute discretion and without explanation.
All payments are due upon receipt of goods. Payments must be made through a PayPal account in order to be accepted. Failure to receive payment (including declined payments) will result in the buyer forfeiting the ownership of any items purchased. Goods will only be shipped or become available to collect in store once payment is received.
Delivery charges will be made available to the buyer before the purchasing of products and will be agreed by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping charges will be refunded to the buyer by the seller within 10 days of notification. Shipping charges will be more if shipping is made internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether a full refund or exchange is acceptable. Working days are Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery to mainland Britain take 2-5 working days, whilst deliveries internationally will take considerably longer. For more delivery information click here.
Refunds and Returns
Items are entitled to be credited, refunded or returned upon receipt of payment and must be made within 7 days of purchase. Any item damaged during shipping and accepted by the seller will be replaced free of charge within 48 hours upon receipt of damaged goods to the store’s address provided. Refunded goods must be returned in a sellable and unused condition and including their original packaging. All accepted refunds will be made by original payment method. Buyers returning goods to the store will be entitled to an immediate refund. Any goods returned by post may take up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed. Items returned via post are at the buyer’s risk and items lost/damaged in transit will not be the seller’s responsibility. Postage costs for any returns made will not be credited. We would advise our buyers who return items by post to obtain certificate of posting. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are encouraged to take into account descriptions of items they are purchasing; it is your own responsibility to ensure all products and services meet your specific requirements.
Any item may be cancelled before items are processed. Once payment is processed the buyer is responsible for payment and the order cannot be reversed.

Stationery World ltd ensures that every complaint is dealt with individually and thoroughly investigated, though there is no guarantee for resolution.
The seller is not responsible for any health and safety concerns/personal injury/harm acquired once the buyer has received the goods. Any harm incurred from items purchased is the buyer’s own responsibility.
Use of information/materials/graphics found on this site for personal use is at your own risk and we shall not be liable for such use. This website contains material (including, but not limited to: design, layout, images, content, graphics) owned, licensed and copyrighted to the seller. All rights are reserved. Under no circumstances should anything found on this website be used, transmitted or reproduced without written permission by the seller.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in compliance with the copyright notice below. All trademarks not belonging to or licenced to Stationery World ltd have been acknowledged. Unauthorised use of content and materials found on the website may be subject to prosecution and/or be a criminal offence. Stationery World ltd reserves the right to prevent any users from having further access to the website if it considers them to be in breach of these terms and conditions. Any further action will be made at its discretion.
